BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, ACCESSING, OR USING NO CONTACT TRACKER (THE “APP”), YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“TERMS”).

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you (the “User”) and Appycron Interactive e.K. (“Appycron,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the developer and operator of the App.
Your use of the App also remains subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which governs your license to use the App on Apple devices.
1. Purpose of the App
No Contact Tracker is designed to support users in maintaining no-contact boundaries and tracking emotional progress.
It is intended for personal reflection and self-management, not as a substitute for professional advice.
2. No Professional Advice
This app is not intended to provide or replace professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. If you are experiencing emotional distress or require mental health support, please seek help from a licensed professional.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Appycron Interactive e.K. shall not be liable for:
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages,
- Any emotional distress or loss resulting from your use or inability to use the App.
Your use of the App is entirely at your own risk.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
5. User-Generated Content & Moderation Policy
5.1 Zero-Tolerance Policy
We do not allow content that is:
- Harassing, abusive, hateful, or threatening
- Sexually explicit or obscene
- Promoting illegal activity
- Misleading, impersonating others, or spammy
- Violating any laws or third-party rights
Violation of this policy may result in removal of content or account suspension.
5.2 User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for any content you create, upload, or share through the App.
You must not post anything illegal, offensive, or that violates these Terms.
5.3 Moderation & Reporting
Users can report inappropriate content within the App.
We review all reports within 24 hours.
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion.
5.4 Account Termination
We may suspend or delete any account at any time, with or without notice, if these Terms are violated.
6. Maintenance and Support
Appycron Interactive e.K. is responsible for maintaining and supporting the App.
We may update or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.
7. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, secure, or error-free.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
By continuing to use the App after changes are posted, you accept the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to conflict of law rules.
